Dr. Jerald Duncan is Clinical Associate Professor, at University of
Tennessee Health Sciences Center, Allergy Section, Department of
Pediatrics and has been in private practice with Allergy and Asthma
Care since completing his residency and fellowship in Allergy and
Immunology at LeBonheur Childrens Medical Center. He is Board
Certified by the conjoint board of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in
Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
In addition to Board Certification in Allergy, Dr. Duncan is certificated by
the American Board of Pediatrics. He has Fellow status with the
American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the
American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Duncan
was one of the founders of the Tennessee Society of Allergy, Asthma,
and Immunology and has served as its president. He is a
past-president of Memphis and Mid-South Pediatric Society as well as
the Mid-South Allergy Forum.
Primary interests of this physician include hay fever and allergic
rhinitis, diagnostic approaches for asthma triggers, skin allergies,
insect hypersensitivity, and the clinical management to alleviate
symptoms that cause days missed from school and work due to
allergy in general. He is dedicated to providing allergy services to the
underserved in our community.
