and will be offered to any established patient. Shots
will be available on a first come, first serve basis, as future
availability cannot be guaranteed. If you are coming in
just for the H1N1 vaccine, please call before coming to

Quantities are still limited for ages 6 months to 47
months, so please call to check availability for this age
